CPAC – Day 2 (a.m.)

On February 19, 2010, in Politics, by admin

A busy morning… arrived on blogger’s row at 8:30am and chatted briefly with Ed Morrissey about HotAir.com getting acquired by Salem Communications. Salem, as Ed describes, “is the conservative radio network that features such luminaries as my friend and mentor Hugh Hewitt, Dennis Prager, and Michael Medved, and who bought Townhall from the Heritage Foundation several years ago.” This is outstanding news for Hot Air since it means financial stability and association with some of the finest minds in the small but influential conservative media sector.

Mike Williams from the Texas Railroad Commission gave an outstanding speech, as did Mike Pence. Fingers Malloy just interviewed Doug Hoffman and we are awaiting Tim Pawlenty for his interview. It’s been a great morning so far!
