As expected, the American liberal media is minimizing today’s Restoring Honor Rally. Unlike last year’s 9/12 rally there is an aerial shot. Both the BBC and CNN have posted pictures, can you match the photos below to their owner? (click each photo below for a larger view)
The picture on the right is the BBC photo. Notice how the CNN photo is cropped to show only about half of the Reflecting Pool.
Also, have a look at one of the photos included in CNN’s measely five picture slideshow. I think we can assume that the intern adding photos to this page is an Obama supporter. What is the point of the foot on the marker? Are you implying that this rally of unity and faith is somehow stepping on the dream that MLK spoke of? Any person that actually watched the event would know this to be patently false. Shame on you CNN.
Kudos to the Washington Post that has a much larger photo collection and a more appropriate photo of the MLK marker, indicative of the actual sentiments of the crowd.
