Red State in Austin, TX: Sept 17-19

On August 30, 2010, in Politics, by admin

As stated on its web site, “RedState is the most widely read right of center blog on Capitol Hill, is the most often cited right of center blog in the media, and is widely considered one of the most influential voices of the grassroots on the right.” And YOU need to head to Austin in September to find out why.

FTR Radio is a co-sponsor of the weekend convention being hosted by Red State on September 17-19. The event will include guest speakers such as Texas governor Rick Perry, New Jersey governor Chris Christy and Liz Cheney. The agenda will be released later this week, but the most important thing you need to know is that the discounted hotel rate goes away on Thursday.

Caleb Howe, Red State contributor, has negotiated some great perks into the conference package. Your $125 room rate at the Sheraton Austin Capital gets you not only a room, but the $12.99 daily internet room rate is waived, covered parking fees are waved, and breakfast will be included. Furthermore, lunch and dinner will be provided.  But wait, there’s more! The event will also have free wireless in all meeting areas (break out rooms, eating areas, main event room, etc.). After all, this is a blogger’s convention, we need to be connected!

Use this link to get registered right away. Remember, the discount disappears after Thursday.

And, if you can’t carve out three days for visit, please consider visiting Austin just for the day on Saturday when most of the content and speakers are presented. Click here to register!
